Carnarvon Golf Club

The catering account is to be paid fourteen (14) days prior to the function. If a function is cancelled after the confirmation date, all monies paid for catering will be retained by Camarvon Golf Club Ltd. Camarvon Golf Club accepts Cash, Cheques, Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard.

Prices will be confirmed in writing along with the function details. Every endeavour will be made to maintain prices as printed, but these may be subject to change at Management's discretion. The customer will be advised of any variation in prices prior to the function. All prices include Goods and Services Tax.

There is a room hire charge of $500 for the Carnarvon Function Room (which includes the balcony) which seats up to 250 guests. A smaller room is available for $300 which seats up to 150 guests. All functions run for the duration of 5 hours. Each additional hour will be charged at $100 per hour.

Our hire charge covers all bar and catering staff, linen tablecloths, flounce on presentation, wedding or special tables, and serviettes of your colour selection and audio requirements such as microphones, background music and a lectern. Hiring charges include the normal set up and cleaning charges, however if this is excessive, additional charges may be added.

Our main function room is non-smoking and can seat up to 220 guests, or 300 for a cocktail party or product launch. Round tables seat a maximum of 8 people. The room has it's own private bar, audio system and is fully air-conditioned.

Choose the type of dining experience to suit the occasion, we offer either smorgasbord, carvery or full table service to meet your requirements.

For more intimate occasions, the Fairway Brasserie can host up to 50 people. Full table service by our friendly staff will add an element of professionalism to your occasion. For a less formal affair, our smorgasbord and carvery options are available (requires minimum of 30 guests for carvery and 50 guests for smorgasbord).

Carnarvon Golf Club offers a full complement of liquor and non-alcoholic beverages. Our Cellars also boast a collection of great Australian Wines, which are available by the bottle.
